One to one support through bespoke executive mentoring provides managers and directors with the opportunity to reflect and learn from their experience and develop strategies for effectively managing a range of personal and work-based situations.  Sessions, typically of 60 minutes duration, are provided within the context of an ongoing programme of support or as a one-off session for confidential support to people who frequently are unable to consult with colleagues at this level.
